Classes that are underway are NON‐REFUNDABLE
Books and E‐Learning Codes Are Non‐Refundable once redeemed / used ‐ No Exceptions!
Students may cancel/reschedule 14 days before the first day of class ‐ Refunds may or may not include the cost of
bookwork/e‐learning access if those items have been issued or redeemed.
No Refunds provided if a student fails to provide a signed medical waiver (when applicable).
Within 7 days of the course start date, we will provide a refund or reschedule them to a different course date (refund
amount may vary based on redemption of e‐learning code) IF we are able to fill the students' space in the originally
signed up course.
If we are not able to fill their spot, no refund will be provided – though we will allow one transfer to another course based on space/availability.
In the event that Scuba North and/or affiliated course instructors must cancel or reschedule due to unforeseen
circumstances, the customer/student has the option of a full refund, joining us on the rescheduled course or a store credit.
We will advise via direct communication if such an event occurs.
